It now has the same manipulator, which has six degrees of freedom, can lift loads up to 11 kg and drag objects up to 25 kg. Inside the grip there is a 4K camera and a depth sensor for orientation in space and object recognition.
The second innovation is a proprietary docking station. Spot Enterprise charges itself – it finds the station with a special marker similar to a QR code. The station has an Ethernet port, and the robot itself has dual-band Wi-Fi for high-speed download of data collected during the mission.
In addition, the machine has a new control system Scout – it works through a conventional browser. You can give commands to the robot at any distance and use a keyboard or controller.
The company did not announce the cost of the new version.
